Terms & Conditions

TICKET

  1.  No refund of the ticket under any circumstances (you may transfer the ticket to someone else in case you are unable to make it by informing members of the ticketing department).

  2. Due to any unforeseen circumstances in COVID times, a speaker may come virtually to the event rather than be physically present

  3.  If the event is shifted online, the same ticket will apply but no refund will be given.

  4.  No refund will be owed if a speaker, performer or guest is unable to make it to the event or cancels their plan

  5.  Ticket Purchases from unauthorized sellers will not be considered a valid ticket since you will not be in our database at the time of registration.

  6.  TEDxVIPS reserves the right to refuse your admission if you are not carrying a valid ID. Valid ID may include: Aadhar, Drivers License, Passport, and other government recognized ID.

  7.  Refusal to admission and removal from event premises if any objectionable behaviour is noted by the team such as drunkenness, violence, verbal abuse, etc.

  8.  You and your belongings may be searched on entry to the event. You consent to such searches and waive any related claims that may arise. If you select not to consent to such searches, you may be denied entry to the event without refund or other compensation. Under certain facility rules, certain items may not be brought into the premises, including without limitation: firearms, alcohol, drugs, controlled substances, cameras, recording devices, laser pointers, strobe lights, irritants (e.g., artificial noisemakers), bundles and containers.

  9.  You will be issued an online/e-ticket that will be sent to you by email. You can collect your wristbands upon entry.

  10.  To transfer your ticket to someone, kindly intimate the team on our registered contact number and mail us your details in the following format: TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN (to be sent to tedxvips.official@gmail.com) I, (Your name) ______________ authorize _____________ (Friends name)to use my ticket bearing Booking ID No. ________ on my behalf for `TEDxVIPS` held on March 25, 2022 at VIPS Campus. Please find encl. the photocopy of my debit/credit card, print out the Booking confirmation & a valid Photo ID. (Your name) (Signature).

EVENT

  1.  Social distancing norms, wearing a mask, and carrying your sanitizer is mandatory at all times.

  2.  A person having any COVID symptoms will not be allowed at the event arena.

  3.  The audience is bound to stay in the dedicated event spaces only.

  4.  No late entries. After 10:15, entry will not be granted.

  5.  Phones will not be allowed inside the auditorium, if found, TEDxVIPS reserves the right to remove you from the event

  6.  If the event decorum and speakers are not respected, TEDxVIPS reserves the right to remove you from the event premises without any compensation for the same.

  7.  If a talk has begun, you may not leave the auditorium or enter into the auditorium under any circumstance as it will hamper the recording, media coverage, and production process of the event

  8.  Any instructions imparted to you by a member of the TEDxVIPS team are to be strictly followed, any problems created will result in removal from the event premises.

  9.  Interaction with speakers will not be allowed unless or until the speakers are comfortable with it. If they are, strict social distancing norms are to be followed.

  10.  Do not force any Speakers to take a picture, sign an autograph, etc for you. TEDxVIPS Reserves the right to remove you from the event at any point in time if it deems it necessary.
